This film was a passion project that required smart, careful resource management. As the producer, my role was to ensure we could create a high-quality film with a limited budget.

This meant I wore many hats. I spearheaded the initial fundraising efforts and managed the budget allocation to make every pound count. I also drafted and managed all crew and talent contracts, ensuring a professional foundation for the project. On set, my role expanded to that of a line producer; I focused on facilitating a collaborative environment and handling the day-to-day logistics, which allowed the director and actors to deliver their best performances. By managing the practicalities, I helped the team transform a passion project into a polished final film.
